You can also get involved in the Student Leadership Council, where 25 students meet monthly with the dean and serve as representatives and ambassadors for the college.

The WCBA Business Leaders Program is designed for incoming freshmen majoring in Business who excel academically and demonstrate a high level of commitment to their professional and leadership development. WCBA Business Leaders participate in a variety of academic, leadership and professional development activities and take advantage of mentoring by faculty, monthly seminars, career and internship planning guidance, and business study trips. To be eligible for the WCBA Business Leaders Program, students must have a 3.5 or higher high school GPA and a minimum 25 ACT or 1150 SAT score.

Study business from an international perspective. The WCBA offers Global Learning Experiences that facilitate the development of a global mindset and prepare you for entry into business environments that extend across the world.

  • WCBA offers short-term study trips of 10 days that usually take place during winter or spring breaks. Past destinations include Ireland, London, The Czech Republic and China. On top of the experience, you’ll earn three credit hours of electives.
  • Study Abroad Programs are offered through the university and include a variety of semester-long experiences. You’ll live abroad, attend a foreign university and be immersed in a whole new culture. For more information contact the International Programs Office.
